Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development for Retail, this position is responsible for supporting the learning and development needs of Nutrien's Retail business for the US Cornbelt Region. This role is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive learning and development strategy aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will play a key role in shaping and driving our organization's learning culture and ensuring continuous professional growth.

Candidates for this role may work remotely in any of the following states: Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois.

What you will do:


* Supports the Learning & Development Retail team, primarily focusing on Cornbelt, and providing support for the East, South, and West Regions
* Coordinate training initiatives that have been identified as a priority at the Region level as well as assist with the coordination of nationally deployed training programs
* Participate in the development of strategy that directly align to Regional and National business strategy for Nutrien Ag Solutions
* Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine training needs through needs analyses and work quickly to identify, build and implement training solutions
* Deliver training in virtual settings as well as in person, where applicable. Provide flexibility in facilitation style for various types of delivery channels and effectively engage training participants
* Leverage and coordinate all delivery/facilitation resources necessary. May include regional subject matter experts, external consultants and/or other Nutrien Learning & Development resources
* Coordinate and liaise with regional training staff to ensure consistent offerings across Retail's geographic footprint
* Monitor and evaluate existing regional based training initiatives for effectiveness and assist with cascading those initiatives into other regions
* Use talent analytics to understand trends and show progress in talent development and ROI
* Participate in the maintenance and utilization of learning management system including online course development, deployment and registration, report generation and utilization of analytical tools
* Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment
* Ability to travel 30% of the time to various company locations or training sites to support training programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and employee development initiatives
* Other duties as required

What you will bring:


* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years' experience in Human Resources, education/adult education, agriscience education or the agriculture industry
* Previous training experience or ability to facilitate across a variety of topics including leadership development, sales effectiveness and other topics is preferred
* Experience acting as a resource to various levels of leadership recommending learning initiatives to satisfy training gaps is preferred
