Are you passionate about visual design? Do you have an eye for combining animation, audio, and visual effects to tell a story? Join Infotech for a 12-14 week paid part-time internship to use your graphic design skills to elevate our brand if you're currently enrolled in school.

We are looking for a service-driven team player with the ability to integrate attention to detail, creative thinking and designing, and technical tools to enhance Infotech's brand. As a Motion Design Intern, you'll spend the majority of the time utilizing existing assets and creating new assets to create stunning motion projects with the occasional foray into static graphics creation.

What you'll do in this role:

You will work on our Marketing & Communications Team and specifically with our amazing Brand Manager to:

  • Support the needs of internal stakeholders. You'll do this by collaborating with departments, committees, and teams to design quality materials and content that exemplify our brand guidelines.
  • Support our external brand and our marketing efforts. You'll do this by designing graphics and content used for a variety of campaigns through our Infotech social media accounts and our public webpages.
  • Help Build our Industry Footprint. You'll do this by being a part of strategic meetings and effort that showcase thought-leadership and building brand awareness through industry channels.
  • Build new brand assets. You'll assist in building fresh presentation decks, email headers and graphics, workflows, sticker and shirt designs, and more!

Experience and knowledge we're looking for:

  • A self starter who isn't afraid to push the boundaries of the brand
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in such areas as visual design, art direction, digital media, and graphic design
  • Experience creating visual design elements and animations for digital content using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with the design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Cinema 4D 2023, Blender
  • Knowledge of graphic and print production process (a plus!)
  • Prototyping software (a plus!)

Minimum Requirements

  • You must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
  • You must be a current student during the time of the internship, enrolled in a degree-seeking program (junior or senior status preferred).

Where you will work

We prefer to hire candidates who are able to come on-site to our Gainesville HQ at least one day a week. However, we are open to fully remote candidates. Employees must be located in the United States with preference for candidates outside of California.

Hiring Timeline and Application Instructions
