ABOUT THE JOB
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning to support company's growth plans.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Works closely with the top executive and other leaders of the organization in continuing to build the culture of the organization and implementing the changes necessary to support the growth of the business.
- Contribute as a project leader and/or team member for key strategic business initiatives
- Provides advice and counsel to leaders, managers and employees on HR and organizational matters. To do this, he/she needs broad and deep technical expertise in most areas of HR, especially organizational development.
- Ensure positions are evaluated and compensated according to the market. Provide assistance in development of recognition and/or incentive plans.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
- Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with legal department as needed/required.
- Perform other miscellaneous related duties, as needed.
ABOUT YOU
- BS or Master's Degree - preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum of 8 -10 years of work experience in complex situations requiring skills in change management and transitions.
- Experience at a company that has experienced high growth, preferably with an acquisition background desired.
- Relevant industry experiences a plus.
- Broad-based HR expertise - Demonstrated business partnering and coaching experience.
- Experience working within an executive or senior leadership team
- Experience in developing, implementing, managing and improving HR core processes
- Working knowledge and use of all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working Knowledge and use of UKG
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in office setting

Ability to travel 35% as required for the role
