• Utilizing various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to create strong and high-quality welds
• Performing metal fabrication tasks such as cutting, bending, and shaping
• Thoroughly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in welding or metal fabrication preferred
• Proven experience as a fitter/welder, preferably through apprenticeships or on-the-job training
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and producing high-quality welds on different metals
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately
• Strong attention to detail and precision in fitting and welding metal components
• Good physical condition and stamina for tasks involving lifting heavy materials or working in confined spaces
