R&P is looking for a senior Logistician who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Logistics Task Lead ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.
Lead a team of 20+ personnel located in Washington, DC; Bath ME; and Pascagoula, MS providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and technical services in support of the DDG 51 Program Office
Serve as the primary logistics consultant in support of Flight IIA and Flight III planning
Advise the PMS 400D1 ILS Branch Head and Deputy on emerging support trends and logistics deficiencies
Provide directd supervision to approximately 12 employees
Provide oversight of Contract Data Requirement Letter (CDRL) reviews, Contract Specification review, Technical Manuals Development, Planned Maintenance Support (PMS), GFE ILS Checklist review including C4I systems, Provisioning Technical Data (PTD), Configuration Status Accounting (CSA), Configuration Management (CM) including Change Management, Government Furnished Information (GFI), COSAL Allowance Outfitting Support, Support and Test Equipment (S&TE), Logistics System Assessments (LSA), Damage Control (DC) requirements, Installation and Checkout Spares (INCO), GF Material tracking, PRECOM Crew ILS mentoring, Material Trial Readiness, Training and Shipboard Sight Validation.
Interface with PMS400D, SSGC Project Office, SSGC production team engineers, Shipyard ILS, COSAL Warehouse, and ISEA/PARM teams
Prepare and maintain ILS product metric charts
Create presentations for Quality Program Reviews (QPR) & Integrated Logistics Support Meetings (ILSMT)
Advise and assist Material Program Director with special tasking as required.
