• Greet guests, answer questions and be able to solve any micros problems.
• Ensures 100% guest satisfaction.
• Order supplies and assist with maintaining budget.
• Conduct daily training and pre-shifts.
• Keeps and organizes all daily tickets and reports from the daily operation of the buffet.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed; counsel, discipline and coach as needed.
• Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous repour when dealing with guests and fellow employees. Attend department meetings as scheduled.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
