Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist team with updating PC operating systems.
• Diagnose PC / printer/ phone / equipment / software issues and resolve as required.
• Assist with the deployment and support of software.
• Provide technical support for computer and software related issues.
• Respond to issues with a sense of urgency and facilitate communications to resolve issues.
• Set up equipment for new users.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts and password resets.
• Monitor data center equipment and servers.
• Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/troubleshooting software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more.
• Weekly on-call rotation for IT support of facility is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve multiple issues.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to travel as necessary and authorized to work in the U.S.
