Sidonia Rose Swarm graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in management, marketing and entrepreneurship. While calling both Miami and Chicago home, Sidonia has lived in Rome, Italy and Prague, Czech Republic. Sidonia attributes her travel and international experiences to influencing the concept of using telecommuting to leverage registered dietitians’ services. With a conviction for nutrition education and the vision to improve the inefficient traditional process of nutrition education, On Demand Dietitian was born and began operations at 1871 in Chicago.
